The new frets are immaculate and with the set up she did it feels and plays like a new guitar and a beautiful one at that. I simply can’t put it down.

"Last year I sent my Thunderbird bass to Rossella for a service and an upgrade. She replaced the factory bridge with one that allows for lower action and more precise intonation, that she kindly sourced for me.

She also fully copper shielded all cavities to remove noise and hum. In addition to this, she removed some staining and scratches from the matt finish.
The bass plays, sounds, and looks like a dream! The tuning holds so much better, the intonation is spot on, and she even sourced me some top quality flat wound strings at an excellent price!
I was so happy with her work that I soon sent my custom built Baritone, and Washburn Archtop for a full service and set up!
She is currently in the process of refretting my beloved Ibanez Talman and I cannot wait for the end result! A++++"

"My main gigging guitar, which gets a lot of punishment, is a 1983 Westone Thunder 1-T. Not only has the fretboard taken heavy wear over the years, but the pickups were swapped out and the wiring simplified.
The guitar had an annoying hum at high volumes, and with heavy distortion, which Rossella cured by properly shielding all of the cavities with copper tape. She also lowered, levelled, re-crowned and polished the frets, keeping all of the original fret wire in place, allowing me to use the super-low action I like. She also stripped and deep cleaned the entire instrument for me. It was honestly like being handed a new guitar when she was finished.
To say I'm delighted would be an understatement. I've since used that guitar for recording, and it's absolutely perfect."
